Amendment 0002 modifies the Statement of Work to say: "UMESC staff will be responsible for dropping off samples to any laboratories where the testing is performed according to the SOW within a 10 mile radius of the UMESC site." Amendment 0001 corrects the typo in the Statement of Work. Statement of Work shall read "Total Coliform" in lieu of "Total Chloroform". 1. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for WATER TESTING WI DNR WPDES in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221Q0028 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).Submit quotes on RFQ Number 140G0221Q0028. 3. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. 4.
