The U. S Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for 1) constructing a temporary barrier out of plywood or erosion cloth, 2) disassembling the entrance ramp, 3) removing the old mesh overcoat, 4) coating the underlying chain link with rust control paint, 5) replacing the mesh overcoat, and 6) reassembling the entrance ramp. Additional details will be provided in the Statement of Work, drawings, and supplemental materials to be posted with the solicitation. Location of the project is Northwest Field North, Andersen Air Force Base Yigo, Guam, 96913 The issue date for the solicitation will be on or about January 12, 2021 No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the small business size standard is $15 million This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring beta.sam.gov for the release of the solicitation package and any solicitation amendments.
