This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Dakota Water Science Center has a requirement for highly qualified communications systems integrator for the installation and maintenance of a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony system at the two designated location in North Dakota in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0178 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
