This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Water Mission Area (WMA) has requirement of Laser Ionization Breakdown Spectrometer in accordance with the attached Specifications. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0132 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
