This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL) in Lakewood/Colorado has requirement to upgrade four copies of outdated Agilent gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer instrument software to the latest version that will work with Windows 10 (64bit) computers. The current instrument software will not run on Window 10 (64 bit) computer, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0121 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals associated with small business size standard in number of 750 employees.
