Amendment P0001 corrects Evaluation Factor B - Qualifications to read: Vendor shall provide a listing of personnel performing the work, their laboratory credentials, laboratory must show documentation of QA/QC, awards and accreditation for chemical analysis. All work must be performed at a certified laboratory, by qualified technicians with a minimum of one (1) year chemical analysis. Listings should include education, work experience and number of years employed in this capacity. Previous experience working with aquatic invertebrates and vertebrates shall be included. This Synopsis/Solicitation is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for laboratory analysis of water, sediment, and tissue samples for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0089 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS Code is 541380 - Testing Laboratories. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the "Attachments/Links".
