Amendment P0002 is issued to adjust how the site visit will be conducted due to COVID-19. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0088 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition.
