TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR NATIONAL WATER QUALITY LABORATORY (NWQL), DENVER, CO 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals on RFP Number 140G0219R0002. This solicitation will utilize the policies contained in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation Procedures, as appropriate for this acquisition. 3 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. 4. The solicitation is 100% Competitive 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services) and the size standard is $15.0 Million. 5.
