D located in Lacrosse, WI and in accordance with attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0219Q0111 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition.
