The purpose of this solicitation is to announce that the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to perform an industrial remodeling including laboratory cleanup and demolition; hazardous waste disposal and remediation; and roof repair for Building 15 which is General Services Administration (GSA) owned real property located at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO 80225. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the magnitude disclosure of the government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
