USGS intends to award a single-source purchase order to Nevada Geodetic Laboratory (NGL) in Reno, Nevada for GNSS Processing and SWARM Network Support. The required services include high-precision GNSS station-data processing, station velocities and position time series, custom single-baseline processing, frame-compatible methodology, daily RINEX acquisition from EarthScope, archiving and data products, web/lab visualization, network design and station analysis, and SWARM GNSS monitoring network support. The award will follow FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. The notice also states that Innovasea Marine Systems Canada Inc. is the only source known to USGS for proprietary equipment compatible with existing systems. No solicitation will be issued, though responsible parties may submit quotations for agency consideration.
