The USGS - St Petersburg Coastal Marine Center (SPCMSC) plans to award a non-competitive purchase order to HYPACK, based in Yellow Springs, OH for a Xylem maintenance plan subscription renewal for one year from receipt of order. There are two one-year option periods This subscription is proprietary in nature. HYPACK, a Xylem brand, has developed this software and is the only source for licensing, maintenance, support, and upgrading of HYPACK and HYSWEEP. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Email responses to rlanderson@usgs.gov.
