The USGS - Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center plans to award a non-competitive purchase order to Century Geophysical LLC, based in YSI Inc., of Yellow Springs, OH for a water-quality sonde and accompanying accessories. Delivery Date: 90 days after receipt of order There are no option periods. The USGS Woods Hole Science Center has an inventory of YSI multiparameter sondes and supporting accessories. Data processing software called stglib (stglib Documentation) has been developed to work specifically with YSI sondes and their data format. The program also maintains a supply of deployment frames expressly compatible with the YSI sondes. Therefore, these units must be interchangeable with existing USGS multiparameter sondes and compatible with the existing software that processed data from them. The only known source for these sensors is from YSI Inc In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
