The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive, firm fixed price a new, non-competitive, firm-fixed price contract to Tecan U.S to purchase Tecan Microplate Reader to include a temperature-controlled cooling option within the plate reader as well as the capacity to perform nucleic acid quantification-one custom built scientific instrument that will be one package and cannot be separated, to be delivered to USGS Columbia Environmental Research, 4200 New Haven Road, Columbia, MO 65201. There is no option year. The Tecan US is the only known source to provide the required specification package. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
