Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center has a requirement to replace all exterior wood siding, trim, seal cracks in stucco and paint stucco and all exterior doors, frames and windows and seal stone areas at the Fish Health Lab. Project is in Kearneysville, WV 25430. The project shall be completed within 160 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 - $700,000 Amendment 0001 has been implemented to extend the closing date from 03/28/2024 10:00 am mountain time to 04/02/2024 10:00 am mountain time. Amendment 0002 has been implemented to add attachment 11 Site Visit Sign In Sheet. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124R0011 will be issued on or about 02/29/2024 with written quotes due on or about 03/28/2024. Bonds are required. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given to Roy Dodson at rdodson@usgs.gov or Dayna Parkin at dparkin@usgs.gov for attendees of the site visit. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L-9 in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 238170. The size standard is $19.0 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 04/11/2024.
