This RFP constitutes the only solicitation. This RFP is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Discounted Open Market Firm-Fixed Price proposal packages are being requested for USGS EROS Construction Services: 270706 ASB011 SIDEWALK REMOVAL & REPLACE. The posted RFP contains a description of the Statement of Work, Instructions to Vendors, DOL Wage Determination, Applicable Clauses, and Attachments A-H. Disclosure of Magnitude in accordance with FAR 36.204: Between $25,000 and $100,000. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are registered in SAM are invited to submit electronic proposals for this posted RFP.
