The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Geophysical Pursuit, Inc. (GPI) of Houston, TX to purchase two-dimensional seismic data from the Gulf Coast Petroleum Province. **Delivery Date - 30 days after receipt of order** There are no option periods. The USGS Gulf Coast Petroleum Systems Project within the Geology, Energy & Minerals Science Center / Energy Resources Program requires the acquisition of two-dimensional seismic data from onshore areas of the state of Georgia and South Carolina No other commercial sources that specialize in multichannel reflection seismic data licensing are known to possess the seismic data in question which is three updip-downdip contiguous 2D seismic lines in Georgia and South Carolina from the Appalachian Orogen to the coast. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to rlanderson@usgs.gov. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541360. The size standard is $28.5 million. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price.
