The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Cytek Biosciences Inc. located in 47215 Lakeview Blvd, Fremont, California, for maintenance and service of a Amnis FlowSight flow cytometer locates at the USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia. There are four option years. Cytek Biosciences Inc. is the only known source to provide the support needed on the cytometer. The technology and associated products are proprietary and are not available from other sources. Only trained company service and engineering personnel are approved to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on their FlowSight systems. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
