The USGS Virginia West Virginia Water Science center (Richmond, VA office) has an immediate need for the installation of cell phone boosters. The current state of the office has been experiencing extremely degrading and unusable cell phone reception. Such degradation and lack of useability is severely impacting the flow of work, communications, as well as any immediate safety concern. The current configuration of the office requires a professional, well planned and executed installation to ensure optimal coverage within the working areas (to include the attached warehouse). All work shall be done IAW SON attached
