The USGS St. Petersburg Science Center requires rerouting of existing power drops and installation of additional ceiling drop cords to workspace cubicles on the 2nd floors, Getting and Studebaker Buildings, 600 4th Street South, St Petersburg, Florida. This is for modification of electrical supplies of all cubicles in the facility. deficiencies regarding electrical safety were identified during a safety audit of this facility. Repairs are required to bring the system to code compliance. The work includes replacing the current electrical wiring to feed into the cubicles and remove any extension cords. There is a total of 40 cubicles where this work is required. 30 of the cubicles are located in the getting Building and 10 are located in the Studebaker Building, both are on the 2nd floor. The amendment 1 is to attach all the updated documents to see if we can get at appropriate quotes that will be technically acceptable. To all interested contractors, please remember to have active SAM registration to be eligible to get awards. Please remember to provide your GSA Contract# if you happened to have it. Please find all new updated attachments to complete the work accordingly.
