The project must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. Payment Bond/ILC required upon award. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0197 will be issued on 6/21/2024 with written quotes due on 7/8/2024. See provision 52.236-17 Site Visit in Section L of the solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 238320. The size standard is $19 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
