All work must be completed within 90 days of the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed (NTP). There are no option periods. Competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0170 will be issued on or about 05/30/2024 with written quotes due on or about 07/16/2024. An organized site visit will be held on 06/10/2024 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. The site visit point of contact can be found in provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) Alt I in Section L of the RFQ. All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. Please note a payment bond, or alternative form of payment protection, will be required. Please refer to clauses 52.228-13 and 52.228-14 in Section I of the RFQ. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 236220. The size standard is $45 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 The anticipated award date of the contract is 07/18/2024.
