The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Quality Positioning Services located at One New Hampshire Ave, Portsmouth, NH, for an annual extended maintenance agreement for QPS Fledermausa software located at the USGS Woods Hole Coastal & Marine Center in St. Woods Hole, MA. The period of performance will extend from 10/01/2023 to 09/30/2024. There will be no option years. Quality Positioning Services is the only known source to provide the required service. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
