This solicitation is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS is 562910 and the size standard is $25.0 million. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government considering price and non-price factors approximately equal, with exception.
