The purpose of this requisition is to attain a Time & Material Contract for peventative maintenance (PM) of scientific instrumentation according to USGS Quality Management System (QMS) programmatic guidance including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedure ERP-PGM-SOP 01.00. USGS utilizes a Becton Dickinson FACS Calibur flow Cytometer for science performed in accordance with the research mission. The Serial Number of the Becton Dickinson Immunocytometry systems flow cytometer is E97500138.This cytometer requires calibration and PM for accuracy in data collection at the cell and molecular level. This annual PM sevice includes labor, travel a PM kit along with other miscellaneous parts, special tools and any other objects or software to complete the work. The objective is to maintain the instrument in working condition as per the recommendations per the company and consequent USGS QMS requirementss. Quote shall include all charges including travel. All quotes shall be incuded IAW the SOW attached. All quotes shall be sent to hnair@usgs.gov. The RFQ will be closed on 08/29/2023 at 11:30 am (Eastern Time)
