Remove the following statement from header text ""SHIPPING: Shipping shall be at Government expense via Transportation Service Order." NOTE: FOB: Destination for this requirement. Items delivery is 45 days after receipt of order. Reques for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0271 will be issued on or about 08/21/2023 with written quotes due on or about 08/28/2023 at 08:00 am MD. This acquisition award date of the contract is 08/30/2023. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order.
