Bonds required. There are no option periods. Request for quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0244 will be issued on or about 8/3/2023 with written quotes due on or about 8/21/2023. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit. The acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238160. The size standard is $19 million. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
