The project must be completed within 120 days of the notice to proceed. Payment Bond required. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0236 will be issued on 8/1/2023 with written quotes due on 8/17/2023. See provision 52.236-17 Site Visit in Section L of the solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 238910. The size standard is $19 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
