The USGS St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) has a requirement for facility renovations for three (3) site modifications which include but are not limited to the conversion of office space to a lactation space for nursing mothers in the Young building, construction of a room for IT equipment storage in the Studebaker building and testing and modification to a breezeway between the Studebaker and Getting buildings. The project must be completed within 120 days of the notice to proceed. Payment Bond required. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0234 will be issued on 7/25/2023 with written quotes due on 8/11/2023. See provision 52.236-17 Site Visit in Section L of the solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 226220. The size standard is $45 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
