The project period of performance is 60 days after receipt of award. This solicitation is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS is 238990 and the size standard is $19.0 million. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government considering price and non-price factors approximately equal, with exception. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. There will be a site visit offered at the facility on July 13, 2023, as described under Section E.
