The insta... The U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center, located at 11649 Leetown Rd. Kearneysville, WV 25430 requires upgrade and installation of control systems in several buildings. The installed devices shall be compatible with existing control and monitoring equipment, as well as help reduce energy cost and maintain the building in comfort. An important requirement is to upgrade existing Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Enterprise Server(s) and associated Automation Server Network Controllers. The contractor must ensure an on-site superintendent oversees work. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of award. This solicitation is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS is 238210 and the size standard is $19.0 million. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. There will be a site visit offered at the facility on June 29, 2023, as described under Section E. The deadline for quote packages is July 7, 2023.
