The USGS New York Water Science Center is requesting bids (cost per sample) for laboratory analysis of polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), dioxins, furans, nonylphenol monoethoylate, nonylphenol diethoxylate, and mirex. It is anticipated that a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various analyses under this contract. The maximum number of samples for each method is not expected to exceed 252 over one year. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $19.0 million. Competitive RFQ 140G0123Q0161 will be issued on or about 05/8/2023 with quotes due on 05/18/2023. The anticipated award date of the contract is 06/07/2023. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to receive an award.
