SPOT GPS satellite Services In Accordance With Performance Work Statement INTENT TO AWARD - SOLE SOURCE SPOT DEVICE SATELLITE SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The US Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to SPOT LLC for the purchase of satellite services for SPOT devices. SPOT LLC is the only known source that has the required services that meet the government's minimum needs. SPOT LLC is the sole provider of the satellite services for the SPOT devices. The services will be delivered to the US Geological Survey (USGS), South Atlantic Water Science Center (SAWSC), Columbia, South Carolina, for one base year, 06/01/2023 thru 05/31/2024. There are four one-year option periods. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to jwalsh@usgs.gov. Responses submitted by hardcopy or through SAM.gov shall not be accepted or considered.
