The U.S. Geological Survey Caribbean-Florida Water Science Center has a requirement for a fully found and crewed vessel for USGS turtle research within coastal areas of Florida Keys, Everglades National Park, including Florida Bay, backcountry Everglades and Gulf of Mexico, including Dry Tortugas National Park. This requirement is expected to result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5-year period of performance from date of award. The award will be made to one or more contractors and will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The contractor(s) selected for award will be the best value to the Government, based on the evaluation criteria in the RFQ. Vendors are encouraged to read Instructions to Offerors and the applicable evaluation factors specified in the associated clause document. RFQ 140G0123Q0122 will be issued on 03/28/2023 with written quotes due by 04/14/2023. The acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 213115, size standard $8.0 million. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
