The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Conte Anadromous Fish Research Laboratory has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 1 Migratory Way, Turners Falls, Massachusetts. Performance will begin at the date of award and extend for one year. There are two option periods which may extend the period of performance to 2026. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0100 will be issued on or about 3/3/2023 with written quotes due on or about 3/24/2023. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. A site visit will be held. See section E of the solicitation for details. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given. The contact info for the site visit can be found in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. The NAICS code is 238220.
