The U.S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) has a requirement for cell boosters and installation at their facility located at Gainesville, Florida. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for this installation. The project must be completed within 120 days of the notice to proceed. Amendment 0002 has been issued on 12/15/2022 to provide questions and answers to vendors. Amendment 0004 has been issued on 01/05/2023 to provide questions and answers to vendors along with extending the closing date of the solicitation from 1/4/2023 to 1/10/2023. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0036 will be issued on or about 12/05/2022 with written quotes due on or about 01/03/2023. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238210. The size standard is $16.5 million. The magnitude of construction is more than $25,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
