The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive purchase order to S & P Global Marketing Intelligence located at 55 Water Street New York, NY 10041 for 1 year for site License renewals of Mineral commodities for the period from 07/23/2022 through 07/22/2023 plus four option years , Site license International and site License Denver to be delivered to the USGS National Mineral Information center. The option periods are as follows: 07/23/2023 ¿07/22/2024 07/23/2024 ¿0 7/22/2025 07/23/2025¿ 07/22/2026 07/23/2026 07/22/2027 The S&P Global Marketing Intelligence is the sole proprietor and only known source for providing these site licenses In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
