The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive firm fixed price contract to Argus Media, Inc. to purchase subscriptions for online publications for a base plus four option years starting from the award date to five years to be delivered to USGS, National Minerals Info Center for the period of Award date through March 31, 2027 Options are 04/01/2023-03/31/2024 04/01/2024-03/31/2025 04/01/2025-03/31/2026 04/01/2026-03/31/2027 Argus is the only available vendor to provide the required subscription The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 04/04/2022 shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
