However, there is a NTE amount of $150,000.00 for five years total BPA. This BPA is a five year BPA with no option years to exercise. All orders will be processed from PBA calls and they will be firm fixed price contracts There is no funding obligation in the BPA. BPA start date is from Award date to five years. For example, If the BPA is ready to be set up by 08/20/2022 end date will be 08/19/2027 This is 5 year contract.
