The period of performance is 03/02/2023 to 03/01/2024. There are 4 option years. RFQ 140G0122Q0204-00005 will be issued on 02/08/2023 with written quotes due on 02/20/2023. VENDOR MUST VIEW INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL. Past performance questionnaire and Technical Approach/Capability shall be completed in accordance with Instructions to Offerors. The site visit is held at Eastern Ecological Science Center, 11649 Leetown Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430 at 10:00AM ET, Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Vendors shall meet in the administrative parking lot with the flagpole. The NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard $16.5 million. This RFQ is posted on an unrestricted basis. The anticipated award date of the contract is 02/24/2023. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7.
