The U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia has a requirement to complete inspection and preventive maintenance on all electrical panels including mains in (7) buildings for the Leetown Science Center. The period of performance is 45 days after receipt of order. Past performance questionnaire shall be completed in accordance with Instructions to Offerors. RFQ 140G0122Q0198 will be issued on 07/28/2022 with written quotes due on 08/12/2022. There will be a site visit held at Leetown Science Center, 11649 Leetown Road, Kearneysville WV 25430 at 10:00AM ET, Thursday, August 4, 2022. The NAICS code is 541350 and the size standard $8 million. This RFQ is set-aside for small businesses. The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/01/2022. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
