The USGS Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO has a requirement to replace two Lochinvar boilers, Model No. KBN-501, with brand name or equal boilers and for the installation of a coalescing water/dirt separator. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0122Q0178 will be issued on 7/12/2022 with written quotes due on 7/28/2022. See provision 52.236-17 Site Visit in Section L of the solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
