The USGS Wetland Aquatic Research Center is requesting Quotes from Diversity Arrays Technology ,Pty. Ltd. to set up a BPA for five years The criteria for this BPA is no minimum or maximum amount or number of samples per year or the number BPA calls per year. However, there is a NTE amount of $109,000.00 for five years total. All orders will be processed from separate funded PRs as BPA calls and those orders will be fixed price contracts. No funding obligated for BPA. There is no options to exercise for this BPA. The U.S. Geological Survey has multiple molecular-based projects focused on taxonomy and gene flow of various vertebrate species. The project will require sample preparation, sequencing, and preliminary bioinformatics analysis of DNA sequences of various vertebrate species. Due to the uncertainty of the number of samples that will need to be sequenced each year, the request for number of samples is not able to be defined. In order to have the flexibility to process samples as they are available (be they more or less each year), we would like to set up a BPA for five years Please provide per sample prices for each year for any analysis. That way system will calculate the total by number of samples for each order.All work shall be performed IAW the SOW attached.
