The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Geometrics of San Jose, CA for a Streamer Power Supply Unit (SPSU) that must be integrated with the existing USGS owned Geometrics Multi-Channel Seismic hydrophone system (MCS) to support the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center. The SPSU will be delivered within 60 days of the date the contractor receives the purchase order. Geometrics is an authorized source capable of providing a SPSU that is compatible with the existing USGS owned Geometrics MCS. Additionally, the data gathered by our Geometrics MCS must be comparable to data gathered from prior field work, or observed changes in the area of study will not be recorded to Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center.
