The USGS Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO has an ongoing requirement for library preparation of eDNA extractions with study-specific primers, amplicon sequencing using a MiSeq platform, and initial bioinformatic analysis of data. It is anticipated that a single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various sample sizes under this contract. The not-to-exceed ceiling for this IDIQ contract is 500 samples over the period of performance not-to-exceed five (5) years. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Competitive RFQ 140G0122Q0075 will be issued on or about 3/9/2022 with quotes due on 3/23/2022. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $16.5 million.
