The U.S. Geological Survey Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement to remove and replace an air handling unit at their facility located at 4200 New Haven road in Columbia, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for this installation. The project must be completed within 60 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0122Q0051 will be issued on or about 02/04/2022 with written quotes due on or about 02/24/2022. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
