The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement to renovate their parking lots at their facility located at 4200 New Haven road in Columbia, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to mill and overlay approximately 5,000 square yards of existing parking lot asphalt. Work shall include preparation, demolition, repair, resurfacing, and parking space striping. Contractors are required to verify all measurements provided herein. The period of performance is 180 days from NTP. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0122Q0020 will be issued on or about 12/17/2021 with written quotes due on or about 1/20/2022. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 237310. The size standard is $39.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
