The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order Walker Environmental Research LLC (Walker, DUNS: 069939651), located in Brunswick, Maine, for Customization of the RESTORE Data Visualization Tool (https://www.usgs.gov/apps/ecosheds/lmg-restore/) to incorporate additional datasets and functionality. The work is to be delivered to the Lower Mississippi-Gulf Water Science Center, located in Nashville, Tennessee. The period of performance will be one year from the date the contractor receives the purchase order. There is one two-year option period. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Walker is the only source reasonable available for this requirement because this project builds from previous work in the RESTORE project and will use the existing project, code and data streams as the core foundation. RESTORE is built on the Interactive Catchment Explorer (ICE) and Walker Environmental is the primary developer and coder for ICE. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
