The period of performance is 180 days from the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Proposal (RFP) 140G0121R0022 will be issued on or about July 6, 2021 with written proposals due on or about August 24, 2021. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. All vendors submitting proposals will be required to provide a bid guarantee. The awardee will be required to provide performance and payment bonds. A site visit will be held, the information for which can be found in Section L of the RFP. CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $39.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is September 14, 2021. A vendor must be registered at http://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
