The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Eppendorf of North America for epMotion 5073 Preventative Maintenance to support the Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC). Eppendorf North America, Inc. is the only authorized source capable of servicing the Eppendorf epMotion 5073 equipment. The epMotion 5073lc automated liquid handling system is manufactured by Eppendorf and the hardware and software are proprietary to this contractor. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to krschneider@usgs.gov.
